commands/replicate.sh hangs #13

When you replicate a repo from Plastic Cloud, the replicate.sh command will ask interactively for username + password. This is incompatible with the SSH connection, and the replicate command will therefore hang.

You can work around it by logging into the plastic container and explicitly triggering replication inside every time.
