[BUG] Problems changing language #169

When we change the language of the game, only the language of the cards is changed, the user interface, as well as the strings.conf file are kept in the native language (whether Spanish, English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese).

I do it and the changes only work for the cards language, the UI and strings language still remaining in spanish in My case
