disable "Keep Combat Logs" hide "Quick Links" and "Create Maps" in Character menu #1168

related to the "Character -> Create Maps" thing, If I uncheck "Keep Combat Logs" in
preferences the "Quick Links" and "Create Maps" menu also disappear.
