Help --- Krimson Kardic Helm is gone, and i Know I did not check off a Bright Red Mask to delete

I was working toward getting my Shin Yarin Longsword. Im at level 151, but u need the
sword to fight the Deepwater Titan.  If u play u know u have to attack a lot and that
means u are constantly filling up your BP and then emptying the junk dont need until
u have all the components and items u need to invent the item. Well i had to do this
several times from level 55 to level 60.  Since u have to get all the items u usually
end up with a lot of the pieces u have looking for that last piece.  Right before i
was done with the last few gems i needed to make my sword i realized my KKH was gone.
 It was EX, almost perfect, and FF.  

I know i did not deleted it because it was a 100 level item and i was deleting level
60 items.  Not to mention its a bright RED MASK and stands out especially if u were
tagging things to be deleted. 

That mask is worth a lot of money. I hope that there is something that u can do for
me b/c if not this is the second time i have had items disappear.  

A few months ago i lost two potions of preservation, and they told me i must have deleted
them.  i wasnt even going through quests like i did today where i deleted a lot of
extra items.  I wrote a complaint but they told me the only way it could have disappeared
is if I deleted it. I was not even online when they disappeared.  I got online and
they were not there; and they told me i must have deleted them.

The person who handled my complaint regarding the potions insisted that the only way
it could be missing was if i deleted it.  Well i have eyes and ears and i seen where
people are complaining that their account or guild has been hacked, and that thier
guild has been taken over and that items have been stolen from thier guilds.  Well,
if they can do this that is proof that there is another way other than me deleting
the items for them to disappear.

I have spent quite a bit of money on this game but if my most expensive items are going
to disappear from me, then I will not spend any more money on this game and will discourage
others not to as well.

I also think that there should be a second screen when u go to delete items, not just
a line saying "are you sure". One that lists all the object that are to be deleted,
that way if one gets checked by accident, you will be able to see it.  With the way
it is now u can only see a few items at the end of the list.  There could also be items
that u can set not to be deleted until the item is reset to be able to be deleted.

I feel i cannot in good conscience spend any more money or encourage others too when
I keep having expensive stuff disappear from my account.

I hope that u can help me resolve this issue b/c this is the second time it has happened
to me and I have spent my money and put my trust in your company.

I hope this issue can be resolved since i have plenty of witnesses that know i had all
these items.  These people also know i would never delete such items.  i was going
to buy points for this latest promotion by have not b/c of the loss of my Krimson Kardic
Helm.  Since this is not the first time it has happened and it has been with items
such as the potions worth 100-150 FSP each and the KKH worth 350 to 450+, I am leary
when i see people complaining that thier guild has been hacked and that items have
been stolen.  Its not like items i picked up that are worth nothing are disappearing,
its always expensive items.  I have been playing this game since August of last year,
and i find it hard to believe that the only items that go missing are highly sought
after.  when i got the potions people were going crazy to get them.  and when mine
were lost they told my the only way that could happen was if i deleted them.  i find
it hard that i deleted not 1 but 2 high price potions. After sending numerous polite
messages about this I only received rude and sarcastic answers back I finally gave
up on since the responses were increasing my anger toward the subject. Now, the Krimson
Kardic Helm has been increasing in demand lately.  So when i hear of people complaining
of having thier accounts hacked and having items stolen, I tend to reevaluate what
the original response to my potions of preservation's was...that the only way they
could have been taken is if i deleted them.  Well, if people can hack guild accounts
and take them over and steal their gear, then that means they can hack my account on
here as well. 

Again, I hope to settle this so that i can go back to the game and have fun.  This
is no fun to see the items that you have worked hard and paid money to get just to
see them vanish.  Trust me after the potions fiasco i double check all my items and
a red Krimson Kardic Helm sticks out.  Not to mention the potions of preservation stick
out.  I could see if i threw out a blue amulet, there are 100's of them probably, but
these are Epic items and its not hard to recognize them.

I would like to continue contributing to this game and have fun, i have even suggested
a method to use to help people see what they are deleting, but even better i would
like to see a personal tag that the user alone can remove so that Epics cant be lost
or stolen.  I know u cant keep track of every item dropped, but i think u could keep
track of Epics dropped, since there should not be any at all.

Thank you for your time and I really do want to have fun playing this game, but its
no fun to keep losing Epics.  Please try to see this through my eyes, i come here to
make friends and have fun and instead my Epics are being stolen.

who can i talk to that cares? if i paid for this stuff, it should disappear or in thier
case be able to be deleted so easily.  Why would anyone delete an epic it doesnt make
sense.  I just wish hunted cows would show some consideration and understanding.  i
paid for these things and for whatever reason they are gone, but i didnt profit nor
did anyone else.  which leaves me deleting them.   I just assumes for the money u pay
to play in here it wasnt just another facebook scandle.  but now i see that u can logon
from facebook,  so maybe they are moving toward becoming a facebook game.  What a shame
that whould be.  Just a huge amount of programmers who write thier own script so u
can cheat and they can cash in off the web advertising.

You have to talk to HCS sorry. The helper should have no impact on this.
