New map features

Tonight I used the new map and this what's not working:
- Footprints
- Combat log (maybe no more necessary)
- Block creatures included into the "Do not kill list"
- There's a new "View creature" windows so nothing is working (Add/Remove to the do
not kill list, Combat evaluation..)
- Missing buffs
- SSI and DD status
- Guides links and Combat mode switch

And here what's not more needed:
- Minimap and autowalk
- Backpack slots
- Most of the combat log (items dropped, XP and Gold looted)

all issues except footprints have been fixed (rev 1671+).  Footprints are not on our
list of things for us to do, hoping HCS will do that.
