Video Rewards are not available #1213

Hey guys,

I have a doubt regarding the video rewards (which are for my situation the easiest
way to earn FSPs). I'm sorry if I'm writing to the wrong department, I don't want to
waste your time.

But, do you know if the availability of videos in the game, to earn fsps, is related
to the country you are loging in from?

I never have any videos available in the matomy or videos section of the point rewards
page! And of course not having FSPs delays the character development, and so on.
