Blocked skill sets (like combat sets)

What new functionality do you require?

The ability to quickly change between blocked skill presences.

Please provide any additional information below.

For example when i am hunting i would like one set of blocked skills blocked, when
i am doing PvP activity i would a didderent set of skills blocked and when i am farming
plants i want all but a few skill blocked. If i could store prefences so i can always
have the right set blocked with out worrying. i am sure titan hunters would also like
this for reasons like doubler, defending in GvG i do not UB cast if i have Erosion,
the list goes on
