Do Not Kill creatures can be hit #1258

My FS ID is beg2lose.

There is a bug with the Do Not Kill feature when there is a creature with "()" in their
name.

For example (Nian is in the Do Not Kill list):
1. Cannot hit Nian when this is the Action List:
      Darksun Dragon
      Darksun Dragon
      Nian
2. CAN hit Nian when this is the Action List:
      Nian (Champion) 
      Darksun Dragon
      Darksun Dragon
      Nian

Occasionally, I can hit the Do Not Kill creature.
