Activate on Buff Master not working #1274

What is your FS Username? fharoun

Operating System (Linux, Windows, Mac): Windows
Browser(Firefox, Chrome): Firefox
Browser Version (Help -> About): 13.0

Theme(default, classic, B&W):Classic
Map Version(Beta, old): New

Include any relevant output from Error Console (Tools > Error Console).

What steps will reproduce the problem? (One defect per issue, please)
1. Quick buff
2. Select Activate of Reinforce or Buff Master
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cast on self buff master/reinforce but nothing happens

What version of the product are you using?
Current version: 1478, Last check: 10/Jun/2012 20:33:35

Works in chrome and FF (tested with Reinforce)
