What steps will reproduce the problem? (One defect per issue, please)
1. Go to Manage Backpack screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see the Sell or Auction House links, I see no modified content.  This, is in
the console log:

That link mentions that some object access is being intentionally limited.
