Cannot Reply To PM's #1296

I have enabled, disabled, deleted and re-added the FS/SS2 Helper many times, but I
keep getting the same problem: When I want to reply to a Log Message./PM, and I click
"Reply", the reply box doesn't open. It never has for me. The browser I use is Google
Chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive a PM
2. Click "Reply" on the log screen
3. Nothing happens/no reply box appears

As far as I am aware my Google Chrome and FS/SS2 Helper are fully up to date. 

I first submitted a support ticket to the HCS, who told me to go to the Forum, which
then told me to go here.
Also, although it will not let me reply to a log message by clicking "Reply", it WILL
however let me send a message using the "Send Message" button on the player's profile,
or send a message to a guild/ally using the "see who's online" boxes on the right hand
side of the screen.

Have you updated your FSH?

Have you tried disabling FSH and seeing if the problem persists?
