Make sure that the problem is indeed due to Fallen Sword Helper / Sigma
Storm Helper, by disabling Greasemonkey completely (by clicking on the
monkey icon) and refreshing, before submitting a defect.

**NOTE** We do not support the old UI anymore

I change my preferences and save them and they last for about 24 hrs, and then revert
to default. for example I make the max group size to join 50 and it stays that way
for about a day, and then i'll log in and it's back to 11 and I didn't change it. I
also made my preference from conservative to adventurous, and it changed that back
at the same time. won't keep new settings. I have changed them on my wife's laptop
running windows 7, and on mine running windows 8, and the result is the same.
