Re-Rank Quick Links/Searches #454

What new functionality do you require?

If possible, it would be great if each item in the quicklinks/AH quick
searches had an "up" and "down" button so that items could be re-ordered
without having to delete items and re-add them in the desired order. 
Something akin to the edit ranks function.

With the AH quick search you can just edit the order in the text area at the bottom

and save the whole block.
