fshelper not visabilly working #922

Make sure that the problem is indeed due to Fallen Sword Helper / Sigma
Storm Helper, by disabling Greasemonkey completely (by clicking on the
monkey icon) and refreshing, before submitting a defect.

Include any relevant output from Error Console (Tools > Error Console).

What steps will reproduce the problem? (One defect per issue, please)

the issue is i recently installed firefox version 3.6 on my laptop
procedded to fallensword and grabbed greasemonkey and fshelper via the
helpers page..upon install the fshelper is listed in the enabled scripts
but the only sign its there is the server clock at the right hand side of
the page nothing else appears nothing in preferences now and then will be a
sign its there when u swap a page ie  click mailbox the take all link will
be there or the pop up box will appear to upgrade fshelper if a upgrade is
released..

only errors in error console is

i have tried uninstall and retsall several times now all with same result

added info seems buff pop has the helpers xtras instead of the standard hcs pop up
also under the left colunm menus the links are there to things like top 250 players
buff log recipe manager etc but once clicked they just go to the notepad

as per ur instructions tangtop i have copied all that was sent you and a screen of
the errors and what i see on my ah listing page

07:49 04/May/2010   To Tangtop: ty i am no able to use the fshelper just one thing i
only have the standard two ah slots showing when i try bulk list now i know i had
this problem b4 and going to upgrads page so it could be seen that i have 100 fixed
it but that isnt doing it this time i can get it to see i have more then two ah slots
anyway to fix this as thats the main feature i need at work ...thankyou again for
taking the time to help me i am very grateful

laptop at work to play fs so i installed chrome tried to get the helper to work but
didnt so uninstalled that and went to firefox got grease monkey and then the helper

working but i get nothing on fs at al except on rare occasions part of the helper
pops up ie when i go to mail box the take al link is there or when i first loaded it
the pop up box to update the helper was there i updated said in bar where monkey is
that fshelper was successfully updated but there is no signs of the helper active in
fs. i have tried 3 diff versions of ff uninstalled and re installed 4 times now
always the same i cant work out why it isnt working

13:26 02/May/2010   To Tangtop: sorry for another message but further info even though
the helper isnt working i am seeing traces of it here its hard for me to tell now
between whats helper based and whats hcs based but having grease monkey switched off
i can see the links that are missing compared to when i switch it on ie under
charcter bufflog, medal guide,inventory manager recipe manager quick links all there
when switched on but just go direct to notepad nothing else under actions online
players ah quick search again both there but do nothing you can see helper is working
but something is seriously disabling it as nothing is working on it any help that can
fix this would be very very grateful i have spent two days trying to work out whats
wrong

corner is always there when the monkey is active so guess thats a sign the helper is
on just no other function is visable

Can you go to http://www.fallensword.com/index.php?cmd=points and let me know if you

get any errors on that screen please?

the ah is now fixed do not have the quick delete option nor the quick extract which
are both on the profile page below the componant slots have included a screen also
clicked the link above and do get a error off it which is as follows

even though the helper has been updated it still hasnt fixed the issue with no quick
delete option or count componants or quick extract option that you get below the
componant slots

also the new auto system doesnt work sometimes by pressing n you will get the map pop
up and you can mark ur route but clicking N does nothing when you try to repeat the
action you get the following errors

Error: Greasemonkey access violation: unsafeWindow cannot call GM_getValue.
Error: Greasemonkey access violation: unsafeWindow cannot call GM_xmlhttpRequest.
