We should put together a list of questions/comments/changes we'd like to see. And the problems we've run into.
Only thing I can think of is better documentation organization. It isn't that their documentation is bad it is that navigating it tends to be obtuse.
We're using their beta hosted fields. We should contact them when we're ready to go live.
One of their advertised features is white-glove support, and we've got hundreds of thousands at stake here. Let's use them.
