Seofon Action Ids (english) #116

All of seofon's action have been recorded for english, only thing that I can note that seemed strange was his Prison de Amars seems to use the action ID of 5000 (Ether Round). Everything else was functional have been labeled though.

I'll leave Skill ID 5000 alone for now, there's most likely a flag that gets set maybe for cannons. Need to dig into what the event data looks like.
