1.2.1: Missing Skill IDs / Sigils / Traits / Weapons #117

There are some missing translation names that I haven't pulled from the game files yet, these might include some of the new "sigils" / "traits" or "weapons" for Seofon + Tweyen.

1.2.1 also introduced some new skill IDs for the existing characters, so I'm collecting which ones should be added to the translations.

Here are two missing character skill IDs I noticed:

Naramaya 2001 -> Freeflutter Finisher 2 (Stance shift: Pink-to-blue) ^It's the butterfly DoT after Pink to Blue

Narmaya 1151 -> Charged Attack 2 (Dawnfly/Pink) ^It's the ending attack for a fully charged Charged Dawnfly attack

They were part of the same 2000 and 1150 before, just now split into a second skill id afaict https://github.com/false-spring/gbfr-logs/blob/main/src-tauri/lang/en/ui.json#L546

Also Io 4001 ->Flowery Seven (Full Charge)

Rosetta missing: 34, 36, 201, 202, 203, 204 (probably ids based on plant level so there are likely 4 for each skill with the new damage caps)
