Exception: No UDP target

First of all: I'm really happy I found out about xig, it looks awesome. Thanks 
for all your work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed xig 1.5.1b19 on Windows XP in the 
C:\iDigi_xig\xig-windows-1.5.1b19 folder (I also tried 1.5.0 with the same 
result).

2. Started the server: the command line window is up, localhost:8000 is loaded 
in the browser. The connection with iDigi seems fine. Since I don't have an 
XBee, the XBee connection info is red.

3. In the help it says "The Console gives a user interface to for the XIG 
without using a remote XBee." So, I tried time, help and URL commands but all 
fail and the command line shows a stacktrace ending in Exception: No UDP target.

Please provide any additional information below.

It may be that the help is wrong and I need and XBee for xig to work. If this 
is the case, please let me know and ignore this issue.

I apologize, I think I misunderstood the statement in help and an XBee 
connected to the computer is required. Please close this issue as invalid.
