Don't remove "!" notification icon on tab-switch if notification hasn't been viewed #40

To reproduce:

  1. Install Fambit
  2. Send money to wallet
    • Fambit should have "!" icon
  3. Change tabs
    • Fambit loses "!" icon, even though "Thanks" popup hasn't been viewed
