Bridgeport Variable Speed system is iffy #31

The belt slips on the bridgeport, indidcating it is either worn or needs to be properly tensioned. This will need to be fixed if we want to use the nice variable speed capability it has.

Update, belt is worn and needs to be replaced. Cost is $~80. Works at lower speeds in the meantime.

Have VFD. Will eventually convert to a 1:1 pulley system and use VFD for speed control.
