adding distmatGen to compute dd.dists #2

distmatGen should now correctly compute the obs-loc distances.

Also, I pulled the latest version of geoRcb and I can confirm that example('krige.conv') works.

Thanks! I don't have much time to test it right now. But looks strightforward.

I would like to give the user the possibility to tweak the parameters to the transition function, though. e.g. specifying a different transition function and a different number of neighbours.

I you feel like to include it yourself, great. Otherwise, I can do it later.
