Hi，

Now，I can't get the gce-1.0.2.tar.gz from "wget ftp://ftp.genomics.org.cn/pub/gce/gce-1.0.2.tar.gz". It tell me that "Failure: Connection timed out". I tried two different servers with the same problem. Is this software not released to the public?
