minor documentation fix, added link to app store version of SKHexGrid #20

Hope this isn't looked at as self-promotion, but I threw the SKHexGrid project up into the app store. It is, and will remain, completely free there. I think it's pretty fun to play with, so I hope you have a chance to check it out.

There is an about screen, and I tried to give as much credit where it was due as possible. Please let me know if you would like any changes to that screen or your attribution. (Of course, I would accept suggestions via PR also, although currently the app store version is in the feature-more-generators branch.)

An this really is self-promotion, but hex-grid is also used in my game, Blither, that launched last week on the App Store.
