get Connection timeout while try to connect abd add devices #130

I am Sam Please I currently need support on our AZKAccess 3.5. I have issues to raise here

I started experiencing an issue on our back door card detector so when a staff comes instead of the card detector machine to bring the staff name on the screen is going to bring "Verify no space" please what can i do to resolve this?

While I was troubleshooting through the ZKTeco software I mistakenly deleted the devices. Please, how can I add this device back? i have tried add the devices back with the coorrect IP Address on the software as i keep getting timeout error,
