Added PTR supoprt
Moved TLS_INSECURE into client constructor rather than reading the environment variable.
Updated examples and documentation to reflect the changes.

Looks great. Thanks for the gofmt as well. I've been slowly converting myself to tabs - two spaces is a hard habit to break.
