r201: Copy Xbox1 Game Fails if xbox1 folder doesn't exist #60

If you use Copy DVD with an Xbox1 game, it doesn't work if there's not 
already an existing hdd1:\xbox1\ folder.

Worse yet, it gives no error message why it's not working.  Creating the 
xbox1 folder manually fixes it, but I'd think that it would be simple to 
create the folder beforehand if it doesn't exist.
