Shaking Text in Main Dash Boxes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Once FSD is loaded just wait and text will shake in the Category Box
(360 games, Emulators, Arcade games ,etc)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That the text won't shake

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
all versions up to 1.20 Final

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems to happen in other skins as well.
