Create API structure #3

API structure which would be the list of API's and how each one would be used for frontend, and which Database entity is it connected to ( one or more). Also the method ( put, post, get, delete) would be mentioned

@H05531n @ManojS749 @Ouranos-Zubair @Bishnu68 Guys, check it out and add feedback if necessary, this is just the general outline for milestone 3, we'll create a usable API DOCS, with swaggerHub or OpenAPI 3.0 for Milestone 4.
