garglk includes two Z-Machine terps: Nitfol and Frotz. Frotz is more
feature-rich
while Nitfol is older and unmaintained. But Nitfol does bring some limited z6
support to the table, which is why it's in the package.
Windows Frotz comes from the same Frotz codebase as Gargoyle's Glk Frotz, but it
includes some features added after they split - such as Unicode and full z6
support.
It's on my radar to merge those changes back over and release an updated Glk
Frotz,
but I'm not sure when it will happen.

The Unicode features have been merged in, but at this point it is unlikely that
V6 support will be added to Glk Frotz.
