Fancybox v2.1.5 do not working with MouseWheel v3.1.3 in Internet Explorer 7 / 8. (Solved) #673

After I updated the MouseWheel plugin to the newest version v3.1.3, the navigation on Fancybox gallery in IE7, IE8 by using the mouse wheel stopped working. In IE9, IE10 all works normally. With 3.1.0, 3.1.1, 3.1.2 versions same effect, in IE9, IE10 works, in IE7, IE8 don't.

Tested:

1) Wndows 8, Internet Explorer 10 with Developer tools (F12) -> Browser mode: Internet Explorer 7 2) Windows XP, Internet Explorer 7
