mysql searching path of Tools is wrong under Fedora #19

libmysqlclient.so lies on
/usr/lib/mysql/ for 32bit installation and /usr/lib64/mysql/ for 64bit.

So when build the Tools, configure script can't find the proper library to link 
with.
