Open Data in the Claims Tool but not in the Article Tool and Description Enhancement #126

Open Data are not shown in Articles even if in Claims they work fine. Also, there is a problem with the text shown in Claims Tool: it is taken from the "Description", which was intended to contain the topic, instead from the "Name Dataset", as intended...

Not sure if there is much we can do about this one. Unfortunately, the other terms in the article header are more relevant than COVID according to the search analyzer. If we search directly in the dashboard, the results are the same. We'll investigate, but our options might be limited here.

@vittorianovancini , @macagari and have worked on this and the open data is now showing in articles as well as claims. I will try to tune Elasticsearch to improve the relevance but as @jefersonzanim says, we might be limited by the search analyzer itself. Leave it with me!

Thank you Jefferson. However, I think that this problem (showing the "description" original field instead of the "name Dataset" one) is more related to the GUI than the whole system. Am I right?
