Proxy support? #9

Nice little app!
But what about Proxy support? 
I can't use abcd.dyndns.com as Registrar because my Router (running as SIP 
Server) rejects sip:username@abcd.dyndns.com, only works with 
sip:username@internalip or sip:username@internalip. But it works with other SIP 
applications if i use Registrar:fritz.box (internal ip) and 
Proxy:abcd.dyndns.com.
