Not really sure that this set of scripts belongs in the AppMetrics repo.

Propose that we move them to https://github.com/cityindex/labs-operations

Agreed, they have no functional tie to AppMetrics, just happen to be useful and used in this context first - a move to the labs-operations repo is desired accordingly.
