(Manually) Publish weekly CIAPI performance graphs to labs.cityindex.com/performance blog #116

We've been asked to do a weekly analysis of live performance via a blog post to the http://labs.cityindex.com/performance blog.

This should include:

(a) Graphs of the performance of each service during the week. (b) Analysis of any unusual latencies.

To begin with, we'll do this manually; once we've figured out which bits are standard, we'll automate those.

@fandrei - I'm going to ask you to take over writing this weekly performance post once the requirements have been pinned down.

I'll set up an instance of RStudio for you on http://commander.labs.cityindex.com/rstudio for you, and give you a guided walkthrough of how things work later this week.
