rss format #342

I had this long ago, & got a new phone, so I installed this again. It works fine, but I decided to add an rss feed but I can't figure out how to format the update integer part. I tried to use an rss file from the old version when I had it before, but when run the rss -ls command I get []. How do you

RSS feed creation: rss -add [index#] [updateRateSeconds] [url]
