`show_launch_history` set to `false` doesn't do anything. #387

When I set the show_launch_history configuratiom setting in behavior.xml to false, the change does not have any effect even after a restart. I've tested this on two devices.

The launch history is consistently displayed for every app launch I make using T-UI.
