We should write a tutorial on how to to write a BIO-style chunking classifier, 
using the org.cleartk.chunker package in cleartk-ml.

We still need this tutorial, but it should be a lot simpler now that 
org.cleartk.chunker is deprecated and replaced by 
org.cleartk.classifier.chunking.
