Parametrize device number, provide poetry deps file, update documentation #192
the v4l2 installation script assumes that fake cam ought to be on /dev/video2 , while depending on the system, that slot may already be used, e.g. external webcam, multiple interfaces to the same cam, etc.. The script now takes an optional parameter that if supplied overrides this assumption. Documentation has been updated to explain how to figure out the available device number
Installing python dependencies to the system, even if just to the user-space is considered bad practice. Other software may require different versions of the same packages, resulting in clashes. Without removing the existing requirements.txt file, I have also introduced poetry dependency definitions and updated instructions on how to use it.
The changes have been tested and confirmed to work.
