Some doxgen file names and filename references have case errors #29

Since the library was never built on an OS that supports lower case,
some of the doxygen filenames or references have errors in them when trying
to build the documentation on linux.

These are typically references to .jpg vs .JPG 

Currently there is a mix of case.
For consistency it would be best to use all lower case for the filenames.

The files with incorrect case need to be renamed
and the the .dox files need to be gone through to fix all the references
to ensure they match (all lower case).

all extensions are now .jpg and corresponding .dox files were updated as needed.
