Create and deploy Docker container for mBin #5

In order to simplify potential problems with installation and dependancies, it would be helpful to have mBin packaged and available as a Docker container.

Dockerfile now included in repository and every push to the repository automatically triggers a push of the Dockerfile to Docker Hub.
