Any news on this long-awaited update? Any difficulties? And, more generally, is Nanodisco being maintained?

Thanks for your answer,

Hello @DelphIONe,

Thank you for your interest in nanodisco.

Yes, we are still working on this tool. Last summer, we assembled a diverse set of prokaryote samples for training and testing. The pore update to R10 is not trivial for method uplift as raw signal properties changed and the preprocessing pipeline had to be modified too. We will update the github as soon as we have a usable version.

Best,

Alan

Hi, I'm currently running a set of multiplex data using R10.4.1 and SQK-NBD114.24, However, the latest updated guppy has removed --fast5_out option. Is there any other way to demultiplex the data that can be moved to nanodisco? Thanks a million, Di
