Add formatter functionality? #69

It would be useful if this plugin could act as a Fluent formatter plugin for Influx Line Protocol. It would extend its usefulness to do things like putting ILP onto a Kafka topic.

It means you want fluent/plugin/formatter_influxdb_line_protocol in this plugin, right? If so, patches are welcome :)

I'm sorry, I'm dense. Are you saying this already exists somewhere? Or that you would welcome PRs to add it?
