Does vimb support desktop notifications? #627

...like notifications of an incoming message on a chat website, e.g. WhatsApp Web.

I found a notification patch for the surf browser (https://surf.suckless.org/patches/notifications/), even tough I'm not sure if these type of notifications (HTML5 notifications) are the ones that are used in e.g. WhatsApp Web.
