rename "develop" to "main" branch on Octopus git repository #59

The octopus development took place on the 'develop' branch in the past, and has been renamed to 'main' in Q3 2022.

This change should reflect that.

Martin Lueders agrees with sticking to the @develop label, and I then suggested the change upstream: https://github.com/spack/spack/pull/34128
