Submodule tools/meshfix points to non existent commit #55

Hello, I tried to clone iso2mesh with all its submodules but it failed for meshfix.

Apparently since commit 0ead04f2395253a27ac6aff4d63b3dc0cafdb20d the submodule points to meshfix commit https://github.com/fangq/meshfix/tree/b2b45eef060605e818cc69e83e8a8b4b3d9b01f2 which does not exists.
