Description

NonSpikingLIFNode is used in Reinforcement Learning module to output continuous action value. But there is no realize of NonSpikingLIFNode in lynxi_exchange.py. I wonder if the author could add it.

I do not have a lynxi chip now. So, I can not check if my implementation is correct 😅.
