Poster presentation day

Hi @santina, I want to ask if it is mandatory to be present during the final poster presentation on April 5th since I got a training scheduled on that day, also on campus. Thanks!

Ideally you would be there to support your group and answer questions about the aspects you did. Are you certain you can't come for even part of the session?

Hi Paul, sorry that I do have a workshop to attend on April 5th, 9:30-12:30. So I wonder if it is okay that I stay in the first half an hour (I will ask for later attendance for the workshop) and we can be evaluated mainly during this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. @ppavlidis

Sure that's acceptable, we can make sure at least one evaluator visits you in the first half hour. @santina @farnushfarhadi

Yeah sure. We scheduled it so that Amrit is gonna evaluate your team in the first half hour at 9:30 and I will evaluate at 10:30. But if you want to be present at both evaluations your team could come at 9:00 (if you don't mind) and I don't mind coming early at 9 to look at your poster first :)

Thanks a lot Santina. Starting at 9:00 sounds great. It is just that we have the poster in print now and will only be able to get tomorrow at 9 from the service, so that we can start probably at 9:10. Does it have to be 30 minute evaluation? @rawnakhoque @psomdeb25 @acavalla

No, it doesn't have to be. 30 min is to ensure there's enough time. I probably won't take up 30 min.
