Changed experiement_results_to_table to match new file structure

@Hamedloghmani These are the changes from our task this week to make our experiment_results_to_table work with the new file structure. The old code from before is commented out at the bottom. Should I just simply remove or add the old code to another python script.

@gabrielrueda Thank you so much for your changes. You can simply remove the old version from the file for now. By the way, there has been few minor changes in file names only for the time when we use "popularity" as the sensitive attribute to determine whether we used auc or avg as the popularity threshold. You can find the toy examples in my latest commit 7ddb554
