News item recommendation w/o community information #44

@soroush-ziaeinejad We need to figure out the benefit of external knowledge about user communities compare to lack there of. Now, we have the results when the recommendation are based on the user communities. But we need to add the results when such info is not available, that is, directly recommend the news items to the users, not knowing the communities.

@soroush-ziaeinejad I think this the issue for results summary and analysis. Please explain the baselines, how the method works and how the evaluation happens on them. Also, put the results here with a brief analysis.
